For the next possible date we are looking for our headquarter, department Engineering in Bruchsal a plastic expert.

• selection of plastic types, brands and potential suppliers for automotive interior and technical parts during pre-development, acquisition and series projects, aligned with product development, industrial engineering and purchasing.
• international market overview of suppliers & network in the plastic branch to support our purchasing team regarding technical topics and benchmark analysis.
• establish and care of a NBHX standard plastic material portfolio for our products and projects related plastic to ensure an effective selectin of the materials.
• follow customer future needs like recycled materials, sustainable approaches, bio based plastic and colour & trim design innovations, to find efficient solutions for future plastic use

• degree plastic technology
• work experience in automotive branch
• market overview plastic branch
• strengths in supplier and costumer communication and within the group companies
• cost awareness
• basic knowledge in the validation for plastic material
• advanced knowledge of the used materials and the manufacturing processes
• current knowledge regarding the state of the art material, injection moulding tools & machinery
• organisational skills
• self motivation
